Fuji International Elevator supplies and installs passenger lifts for residential towers, office buildings, hotels and mixed-use developments across the UAE. Each lift is sized from the building's shaft and traffic, built to the finish you choose, installed by our own crews and backed by a maintenance contract from our Abu Dhabi and Al Ain offices.
What is included
- Shaft, pit, overhead and machine room layout for your consultant's drawings
- Car sized by rated load and number of persons, for example 6 persons / 450 kg or 8 persons / 630 kg
- Automatic car and landing doors in stainless steel or painted finishes
- Cabin interior: wall panels, ceiling, flooring, handrail and mirror
- Car operating panel, landing call stations and floor indicators, including Fuji LCD displays
- Installation, testing, handover and a maintenance contract after handover

How do I choose the right passenger lift capacity?
Capacity is set by how many people the building needs to move and by the size of the shaft. Smaller residential buildings commonly use 6 to 8 person cars (450 to 630 kg), while busier buildings need larger cars or more lifts. Our engineers size the car from your drawings and confirm the shaft, pit and overhead dimensions it needs.
Can you install a passenger lift in an existing building?
Yes, where there is a suitable shaft or space to build one. We survey the site, check the dimensions against the standard layout for the car size you need, and quote for the lift and the civil works the contractor must prepare.
Who maintains the lift after installation?
Fuji does. We offer maintenance contracts from our offices in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, covering scheduled preventive visits and breakdown call-outs.
