How much space does a villa lift need?
It depends on the car size and door type. The shaft size, pit depth and overhead height are fixed by the lift's standard layout, so we confirm exact dimensions once we know the number of floors and the car size you want. Send us your villa drawings and we will mark up the space required.
Can a lift be added to an existing villa?
Often, yes. The lift can go in a new shaft inside the villa or in an external shaft built next to it, subject to the structure and approvals. We survey the villa first and advise on the most practical location.
Do you maintain villa lifts installed by other companies?
Yes. Every villa lift we install can be covered by a Fuji maintenance contract, and we also maintain home lifts installed by other companies.
